Secure & Protect
Leave home without the list of things to check.
See who's at the door, check the house is locked, and hear about leaks, damp or a cold house before they become a repair bill. Alerts go to the right person, with a manual way in if something fails.
- Fixed quote before any work
- Set up around your controls
- Support after handover

What's included
Doorbell and cameras.
Notifications on your phone, with cameras set up to cover your own property.
Locks and away mode.
Check the front door, set the house to away and have lights follow a lived-in pattern. Smart locks are optional.
Leak, damp and cold alerts.
Sensors where damage starts, and a water shut-off valve where it's compatible.
A plan for every alert.
We agree who gets each alert and what they do, and test them before handover.
Who it's for
Families, frequent travellers, second-home owners and homes that are often empty.
- If a camera films beyond your boundary, data protection rules apply to you. We set cameras up to cover your own property and explain what that means.
- Every smart lock comes with a key, keypad or key safe as a backup.
Routines this can include
Pick one to see it run. We set these up around your devices and your controls.

How it works
- DiscoverA short call or a home visit. We ask what you already have, how your household runs, which controls you prefer, who owns the property and what you'd like to spend.
- DesignWe recommend compatible equipment and a plan in stages: what you get now, what you can add later, and anything that won't work the way you'd hope. You get a fixed quote before any work.
- Install and connectWe fit the agreed devices, set up hubs and Wi-Fi where needed, programme the routines, test them, and show everyone at home how they work.
- Support and growYou get a simple written guide to your system. We're on hand for help afterwards, with optional check-ups, upgrades and remote help.
A fixed quote before any work.
We confirm what's included, what it costs and anything your devices can't do before you commit. If something changes once we're on site, we agree it with you first.
