Already have devices
Already own smart devices? Get more from them.
Most smart home kit is easy to buy and hard to join up. We check every device, hub and app you have, keep what works, and connect it into one setup you control the way you like.

Sound familiar?
None of my devices talk to each other.
We check how each device connects, which hubs you have and what can be linked. We keep working equipment wherever we can.
I've got five apps just to control the house.
We bring everyday actions into scenes, routines, wall switches and your preferred voice assistant, where your devices support it.
It worked until I changed my Wi-Fi.
We find the fault, set your network up to suit the devices and leave a written guide for next time.
I bought the smart tech but never set it up.
A setup-only visit, with a clear list of what will work by the time we leave.
Keep the controls you love.
We plan and connect compatible devices around them, so lighting, heating, blinds, security and your everyday routines work together as smoothly as possible.
We check before we promise.
Model, region, firmware, hub, and whether the exact thing you want is supported.
Standards have limits.
Matter, Thread and Zigbee help devices work together. A device that supports Matter can still lose features in some apps, so we check the ones you need.
There's always a manual way.
Lights, locks and heating keep a switch, key or dial for when the internet or a battery fails.
One routine, four ways to start it
- "Hey Siri, goodnight"Apple Home
- "Hey Google, goodnight"Google Home
- "Alexa, goodnight"Alexa
- The Goodnight buttonBy the bed
Goodnight
- Lights off downstairs
- Front door checked and locked
- Heating down to 17°C
- Outdoor camera alerts on
Who it's for
DIY smart home owners
You've fitted things yourself, but routines fail or brands won't connect.
New owners of a smart home
You've moved into a home full of devices someone else chose, and you need the accounts and admin access handed over.
Hands-on homeowners
You're happy to fit simple things yourself, and want help with the planning and the joining up.
What we'll ask you
Seven questions we ask every home before recommending anything.
- Which devices and brands are already installed? So we can reuse working equipment and spot compatibility limits.
- Which voice assistant, app or phone do you prefer? It decides how you'll control everything day to day.
- Who else needs to control the home?So nothing depends on a single phone or account.
- What must still work without the internet? So there's a safe manual way to do it.
- What's the budget now, and maybe later? So we can plan in stages and you don't buy things too early.
- Who owns the property and can agree to the work?It sets what we can fit, monitor and change.
- Who gets the alerts, and who acts on them?An alert nobody acts on doesn't help.
Questions people ask
Do I have to buy new devices?
No. If your devices can work together, we'll connect what you have. If one can't be made to work reliably, we'll tell you why and suggest a replacement before you buy anything.
Will it work with Siri, Google or Alexa?
We plan around the one you prefer, and keep more than one where that helps your household. Some devices only support some features on some platforms, so we check each device and the exact actions you want before we promise them.
Who owns the system and the accounts?
You do. We set up accounts in your name, use strong passwords and two-step sign-in, hand over admin access and write down what's installed.
Can I fit some of it myself?
Yes. After a Health Check we plan what to buy, you fit the simple plug-in and battery devices, and we do the setup and the harder automations. Anything wired into the mains is fitted by us or a registered electrician.
Do you cover my area?
We visit homes across the south of England. Anywhere else in the UK, we can still help by video call, for example planning what to buy, or setting up devices you fit yourself.
