How it works

  1. DiscoverA short call or a home visit. We ask what you already have, how your household runs, which controls you prefer, who owns the property and what you'd like to spend.
  2. DesignWe recommend compatible equipment and a plan in stages: what you get now, what you can add later, and anything that won't work the way you'd hope. You get a fixed quote before any work.
  3. Install and connectWe fit the agreed devices, set up hubs and Wi-Fi where needed, programme the routines, test them, and show everyone at home how they work.
  4. Support and growYou get a simple written guide to your system. We're on hand for help afterwards, with optional check-ups, upgrades and remote help.

A fixed quote before any work.

We confirm what's included, what it costs and anything your devices can't do before you commit. If something changes once we're on site, we agree it with you first.
